We are looking for Release Train Engineer for projects in the banking and financial industries.

Miejsce pracy: Gdynia
Responsibilities: 
  • As a servant leader, leading a distributed Agile Release Train to deliver on business objectives
  • Driving improvements as well as delivering according to the prioritized backlog
  • Coaching/leading the scrum masters as needed
  • Providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics
  • Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner
  • Reporting on budget, progress, risks according to our client processes
  • Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery

  • Together with the teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion and good communication
Requirements:  
  • Have an excellent understanding in the Agile mindset and values
  • Have documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
  • Genuine interest in the business context and solution area. You enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table.
  • Willingness to drive initiatives of both agile and more traditional character.
  • You are dependable, well grounded, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others.
  • Experience in building a strong team and, subsequently, team development.
  • Have great communication and networking skills, and being good in driving collaboration across the value chain
  • Have strong drive, being goal-oriented, structured, dedicated and thorough
  • Open to change, and an interest in continuously developing yourself as well as others
