Master Data Team Leader
 
Your tasks.
  • Being responsible for data quality in ERP from master data perspective
  • Executing global Master Data-related initiatives
  • Supporting development of MD strategy
  • Supporting projects aiming at data quality improvement
  • Keeping close dialogue with wide group of stakeholders within the Organization
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders during projects including business top-level management discussions on MD strategy
  • Identifying opportunities for MD locally and globally
  • Identifying synergies and opportunities between MD in all systems
  • Maintaining portfolio overview to keep track of resource availability
  • Local/Global KPI reporting
Your profile.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of leadership experience and stakeholder exposure
  • Business experience from an international organization working across boarders
  • Ability to present arguments for own solutions and challenge status quo
  • Master Data and Quality understanding
  • Solid project management skills and experience with working in cross- organizational projects
  • Technical knowledge of ERP Applications
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams
  • Good multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to gather and document complex business requirements
  • English: very good command (CEFR B2/C1)
