About this opportunity 

Welcome to the Capability Area Machine Learning team. We add value by providing solid data foundation and machine learning capabilities to help Nordea drive secure well-run projects that create both value for shareholders and faster delivery of new value proposition to our customers, secure that Nordea can be a reliable and trusted financial partner to our customers enable as seamless as possible Transaction monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC processes and much more! 

As a Senior/Expert IT Developer,  you’ll play a valuable role in creating the necessary ML capabilities that our Data Science team need. You’ll join a fantastic team of ML engineers that constantly work to dramatically improve our flows while having fun and relaxed atmosphere! The role is based in Tricity, Warsaw or Helsinki.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Setting up the ML pipelines  
• Helping the team with complex Big Data workflow execution 
• Working on Scala or Python code base

Your experience and background:   

• At least 5 -6 years of experience in building ML pipelines using tools such as CP4D, Python, Ansible, Docker.  
• Experience with Agile development (Jira, Git ) 
• Experience with Cloud configured environment
