Customer Service Specialist with Spanish

Customer Service Specialist with Spanish
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia

Job description:
- contact with customers (by mail and phone),
- coordination of the correct order to invoice process,
- creating orders in SAP and release R3 / R3 orders from associates,
- monitoring progress of open orders (progress, billing blocks, missing pod),
- creating invoices (most invoices are processed automatically),
- making quotes outside sap for existing validated prices via customer webpage,
- mitting offers outside SAP for existing verified prices via the customer website,
- reporting potential pricing mistakes.
Job requirements:
- bachelor or Master degree preferably in Economics / Business or market - related sciences economics,
- experience on the similar position,
- native person or fluent Spanish level,
- SAP knowledge would be an asset.
