About this opportunity

Welcome to the Platform Delivery team. We are part of Data Systems in Group Data Management Office. As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in building and supporting strong and productive teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Helping to design advanced solutions around Adobe Experience Platform & Data
• Working closely together with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across Nordea
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional Agile delivery team

You’ll join a  team of great individuals, where continuous learning is a virtue. The role is based in Gdynia or Helsinki

• excellent communication and facilitation skills
• good understanding the Agile mindset and values
• experience in IT and/or banking area
• experience on working with business users

• a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset

Your experience and background: 

• knowledge of UML, Technical design & creating technical documentation
• experience with working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• experience in working with distributed global teams
• knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• experience or knowledge of working in SAFe
• Fluency in spoken and written English language
