About this opportunity

Welcome to Infrastructure Transformation team within Infrastructure Engineering, where we are responsible for the stakeholder engagements across the bank towards Infrastructure Engineering and our suppliers as well as driving central strategic topics across the same.
As a Senior PM/PMO you will play an important role, adding value by coordinating the execution of our strategy across different projects.
 

What you will be doing:

• Drive projects which includes knowing the Project Portfolio Methodology (DelieveryGuide), processes and  tools. 
• Manage/Goovern our Project Portfolio and manage a number of Project Deliveries from our external suppliers
• Supporting the organisation with deadlines, mandatory artefacts and reporting such as Schedule, Financial budgeting and follow up, Risk, Scope, Reporting, Governance, Resourcing etc. 
• Cooperation with other organisations such as the CIO Office. 
• Our area has recently gone through a big transition with outsourcing of the Infrastructure Operations to an external supplier and we are entering a very exciting time of transformation.

The role is based in any or the Nordic countries or Poland

Your experience and background: 

• Highly experienced with leading projects and project portfolios
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience coordinating across complex distributed teams and suppliers
• Experience from working with IT infrastructure of some kind is an asset 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
