- Managing the engineering, maintenance and infrastructure team
- Conducting / supporting significant business / investment projects
- Implementation of improvements in all technical areas falling under the responsibility to improve work in the designated area
- Identifying talents and developing the team
- Experience in shaping the strategy and direction of activities of subordinate areas
- Responsibility for the budget
- Reporting directly to the President of the Company
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, machinery and installations
- Ensuring effective team collaboration by building trust and respect and setting clear goals for employees
- Ensuring close cooperation with other departments (information exchange)
- Compliance with the rules related to environmental protection, safety rules, all applicable procedures in the organization
- Co-creation and implementation of the company's development strategy
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing production processes
- Propagating the Lean Management philosophy
- Engineering / technical / electrical education
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in a company from the railway or automotive industry is welcome
- Highly developed managerial and interpersonal competences
- Ability to create a friendly work environment
- Developed analytical skills, the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Flexibility, ambition and change orientation
- Experience in working in an international environment, welcome in a matrix organization
- Very good knowledge of continuous improvement tools
- Decision-making skills and initiative in action
- Leadership skills and experience of a minimum of 5 years in managing a team.
- Ability to manage projects, including projects implemented in an international environment
